Prices (in RM) are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the Services (or any part/content) without notice and without liability.
Customs duties/taxes (if any) outside Malaysia are borne by the customer. Orders cannot be cancelled due to such charges.
Our products are consumable supplements and may be available exclusively online. Quantities may be limited and are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy. We have made every effort to display product images accurately; your display settings may affect colour accuracy.
We reserve the right to limit sales of our products/services to any person, region, or jurisdiction, and to limit quantities. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time. We may discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that products, services, or information will meet your expectations, or that any errors will be corrected.
Health & Safety: Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results vary per individual. Always consult your healthcare professional before use, particularly if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or having a medical condition.
We may offer specials, promotions, or discounts from time to time and may alter or end them without prior notice. Eligibility is reassessed if order details or pricing change for any reason. If a purchase was not eligible, we may revoke the promotion/discount and adjust the order.
We may limit or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including per person, per household, or per order limits (e.g., by account, card, billing/shipping address). If we change or cancel an order, we may notify you via the email/phone/billing address provided. We may restrict orders that appear to be placed by resellers/distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update details (including email and payment expiry dates) so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed. Some issuing banks may charge cross-border/foreign transaction fees; such charges are outside MHD’s control.

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or endorsements. Your use of any optional third-party tool is at your own risk and subject to that provider’s terms. New features/services introduced in future will also be subject to these Terms.

We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party content and make no warranties or liability for materials, websites, products, or services of third parties. Review third-party policies before transacting with them. Complaints regarding third-party products should be directed to the third party.
If you send us submissions (e.g., ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, testimonials), you grant MHD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use such content in any medium. We have no obligation to (i) maintain submissions in confidence; (ii) provide compensation; or (iii) respond.
You warrant that your submissions do not infringe third-party rights and are not unlawful, abusive, obscene, or malicious. You must not mislead as to origin or identity. You are solely responsible for your submissions.
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy (see link in site footer).
Occasionally information may contain typographical errors or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time and without notice (including after submission of an order).
In addition to other prohibitions stated herein, you must not use the site or its content:

Certain jurisdictions do not allow exclusion/limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MHD and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand (including reasonable legal fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed; the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or us. You may terminate by notifying us that you no longer wish to use the Services or by ceasing use of the site. If, in our sole judgment, you fail (or we suspect you have failed) to comply with any term, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the termination date.
All intellectual property rights in the Services and content (including text, graphics, logos, product names, images, and software) are owned by or licensed to MHD (Modern Health Dynamics). These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
These Terms, together with policies or operating rules posted by us (including the Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, and Shipping Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior understandings. Our failure to exercise any right shall not operate as a waiver. Any ambiguities shall not be construed against the drafting party.
